General Foundation Funds:

All tuition funds are managed by CEF. They are placed in investments consistent with the mission of CEF and the moral values of the Catholic faith. Any member of our community may contribute to an existing, general tuition fund or work with CEF to establish a Designated (Named) Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund.

CEF’s general or named tuition assistance funds are required to have a threshold endowment of $25,000 or more before income or appreciation is available for distribution annually. The goal of the Foundation is to safeguard the fund endowment and distribute most or all the fund income and growth as tuition assistance.
